MEET THE ARTISANS & CHEFS FROM THE SHOW!
Come out and support our partner, Wisconsin, and the food and beverage industry!

We have invited a variety of previous show guests to exhibit and sample their products for you! This means a fun-filled day featuring Wisconsin’s top chefs and local artisans. Get ready to sample Wisconsin’s finest cheeses, meat, beers, spirits and other amazing treats.  As you feast on the smorgasbord of flavors don’t forget to attend one of our masters classes taught by industry leaders.

  • Home Brew - Company Brewing, George Bregar - Milwaukee
  • Cheese - Larry’s Market, Patty Peterson - Brown Deer
  • Chocolate - Tabal Chocolate, Dan Bieser - Wauwatosa

Open to guests with General Admission tickets, we will host two live Chef Experience performances on the TimothyJ Kitchen Stage.   

Chefs will be paired in groups and have designed a menu featuring products from their region. You will have the opportunity to hear their passion and their personal story of what drives them to do what they do!

3:30 pm featuring Kate Riley & Dan Jacob’s “The Plate Collective”:
The chef of each restaurant and Kate work together to make a vessel specifically for each course. They work out sizing and color and what would be the perfect backdrop or canvas for the food.
