So you think you’d like to start a food or beverage manufacturing business? Perhaps you have a product idea, or a recipe that your friends and family rave over? Or perhaps you’ve given it a shot and didn’t get as far as you would have liked? On May 11th, we’ll take you through what’s all involved, from business and financial expectations to food safety regulations, to determining if your product idea will “cut the mustard,” to how to produce your products.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This seminar is for individuals who are looking to start or have recently started a food and beverage manufacturing business, not for individuals looking to open a restaurant, food truck or small retail businesses.

WHY ATTEND?
Learn from successful industry leaders and entrepreneurs on best practices in starting your business. Network with successful industry leaders and entrepreneurs in formal Q&A, a facilitated panel and informal conversation. Learn about industry resources to aid your start-up.

"I encourage my fellow entrepreneurs to tap the cap. While I came from the industry, getting Top Note Tonics off the ground was hard work. To have had the FaBcap program series available to us earlier would have put us on a more productive path sooner."

Mary Pellettieri

Co-Founder of Top Note Tonics, FaBcap_one Accelerator Graduate and 2017 sofi New Product Award Winner
