FaB Wisconsin, with its Talent Forum and partners Midwest Food Products Association and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, request that your company complete our FaB Industry Talent Recruit & Retain Survey which runs from December 5, 2019 - January 10, 2020.

Our Talent Survey will gather key industry wage/salary and benefits information to inform the hiring and retention practices of Wisconsin’s food and beverage industry. Survey results will be shared at a combined FaB CEO Briefing & Talent Forum event slated for early March 2020.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THE SURVEY? 

Only food and beverage companies defined as food, beverage, ingredients, packaging and equipment manufacturers, processors, food and beverage distributors, grocers, and food service.

Typically, your Human Resources Team will have the knowledge level needed of your company's talent development, recruitment, and retention needs and practices. If you are a smaller company, the knowledge typically falls in the hands of your owners.

ABOUT THE SURVEY

This is a confidential survey is being conducted for FaB Wisconsin by MRA - The Management Association, a third-party not-for-profit employers' association. This survey will seek to understand the recruitment and retention efforts of the food and beverage industry and compensation of high-demand positions of Wisconsin’s food and beverage manufacturers.

This is a confidential survey. Survey results will be shared with participating companies and featured at a combined FaB CEO Briefing/Talent Forum event slated for early March 2020. Results will not be sold or marketed to non-participating companies or organizations.

WHY THIS SURVEY?

If your business hasn't already begun to feel a tightening of the talent/workforce pool, you will. Regardless of the size of your company, the demand for industry talent has become incredibly competitive. This survey places an emphasis on recruitment and retention efforts and high demand position wage/salary and benefits information. FaB is in a unique position to reach food and beverage companies from across the state to provide a statewide purview of the industry.

The survey has been developed by FaB Wisconsin and its Talent Forum and is being conducted with MRA - The Management Association. For reach across Wisconsin, we have also partnered with the Midwest Food Processors Association and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.
