What do you pay and offer to attract and retain your talent? Curious what your industry peers offer?

Human resource professionals of our member food and beverage companies are invited to attend a discussion about a FaB statewide industry specific talent needs, wage, and benefits survey that we plan to conduct. This survey is made possible by a Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. grant announced earlier this year and is presented by FaB's Talent Forum

The goal of the survey is to provide our food and beverage companies vital information to use in their recruitment and retention efforts. It will:

  • Help to address the talent needs of Wisconsin food and beverage manufacturers
  • Report the wage analysis for specific food and beverage positions
  • Focus on compensation and benefits
  • Discuss recruitment and retention best practices that you can use in your hiring process

Join us on August 20 at Chr. Hansen in Milwaukee to connect with your industry peers and discuss the contents of the survey.
