With a spotlight on industry talent attraction, retention, and development, the HR Forum’s role is to create, leverage, and seize opportunities to raise career awareness and career and industry readiness to address your company's talent needs and that of the industry.

This invite-only, private online Peer Forum is comprised only of FaB member food and beverage company professionals whose responsibilities include aspects of talent attraction, development, and retention.

WHAT DOES THE HR FORUM OFFER MEMBERS?

Utilizing a private LinkedIn group managed and monitored by FaB, the HR Forum is an online place where HR professionals and leaders with responsibilities related to talent attraction, retention and development are invited in and encouraged to post. Forum members can share best practices and resources and discuss common issues facing their business and our ecosystem as it relates to talent attraction and retention.

The HR Forum is one of five online Peer Forums offered by FaB for its food and beverage member companies. Each is comprised of industry leaders and professionals who share common food and beverage industry roles, responsibilities, experience, and interest to foster a purposeful peer resource. HOW WILL THIS FORUM BE MANAGED AND MONITORED?

It starts with members agreeing to our Code of Conduct. As a member of a FaB Forum, you must agree to the Forum Code of Conduct:

  2. I recognize that while not confidential to my fellow Forum members, postings and discussions in FaB Forums are not for public distribution.
  3. I agree to keep my postings and interactions related to work only and to my Forum's focus.
  4. I understand that FaB Forums are to be directly relevant to my Forum's area of emphasis and should feed into finding solutions.

FaB staff and Forum Chairs will manage and monitor Forum content, following and encouraging Forum activity to address challenges being faced and success being experienced. They'll also watch for emerging themes and threads that need greater attention.

What we’ve learned to date is that the public is generally unaware of the lifelong career opportunities the food and beverage industry has to offer and the broad spectrum of opportunities. Talent can choose from, move about, and advance between farm, factory, and fork. We offer careers to feed and quench the world.
