Featuring a summary of FaB’s 2020 Talent Survey

On May 6, our HR/Workforce Check-In Session will feature the results of FaB’s 2020 Talent Survey. Key findings will be presented by Mike Kopczynski of MRA - The Management Association. MRA conducted the FaB Survey, made possible by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. in partnership with the Midwest Food Products Association and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.

The survey was designed to gather key industry wage/salary and benefits information to inform the hiring and retention practices of Wisconsin’s food and beverage industry. Thirty-nine  companies completed it. Learn more about the survey and how to purchase a copy of the results.

FaB Check-Ins are for members only and are free, available online via Zoom. Our Human Resource Check-Ins focus on members’ questions, resources, and sharing of best practices pertaining to workforce challenges facing our food and beverage companies. Each check-in will feature member round robins, guest speakers, and time for posting your questions with members responding. We’ll follow our check-ins with activity in our private LinkedIn HR Forum and Resource Forum groups.
