There are two type of jobs in this new age: those that are augmented by automation, and those that are replaced by automation.

Learn how the 71-year-old O&H Danish Bakery embraces automation from simple pick and place to robots. Vice President Peter Olesen, fourth generation of the family-owned business that produces world-famous Kringles, will share what experience has taught them about embracing, evolving, and adapting automation technologies to grow their business.

Have you considered how automation might help your business grow?  Eric Kraus, Director of Automation at Doig Corp., will share their know-how. Be better prepared to assess when automation is right, from early automation projects addressing the low-hanging fruit to robots, systems integrators, and custom machine builders.

With a people shortage afoot for the foreseeable future, integrating automation into your operations can make all the difference. To learn more about the people shortage, refer to FaB’s August 3 Industry Briefing with Dennis Winters, Chief Economist with Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development (DWD). One of Mr. Winters' key take-aways to addressing the people shortage was automation. Another was technology training.

At this Scaler Forum, we'll also share information about the Fast Forward Grants available through DWD, available to augment technical training costs that may come with automation.
