MEET OUR SPEAKERS
For more than 30 years, Paul has specialized in product liability defense, toxic tort defense, class action defense, multi-district litigation (MDL) defense, and other complex commercial litigation. He is particularly well known for his work in the class action, mass tort, and food and beverage sectors, where he is a nationally and locally recognized speaker and thought leader on product liability issues and regulatory trends.
Jen Pino-Gallagher is the director of food and agribusiness practice at M3 Insurance. She identifies the most effective and efficient way to help clients in the food and agribusiness industry identify growth opportunities and reduce risk within their operations. She leverages M3’s multiple resources and her industry-specific expertise to help clients remain competitive within the increasingly globalized world of food and agribusiness. Ben DuCharme is an account executive at M3 Insurance. Specializing in property and casualty, his primary role is to assist his clients in the design, implementation, and management of their risk management programs.
