If your business hasn't already begun to feel a tightening of the talent and workforce pool, you will. Regardless of the size of your company, the demand for industry talent has become incredibly competitive. In late 2022, FaB conducted a survey with an emphasis on recruitment and retention efforts and high demand position wage/salary and benefits information. Join us at MRA as they share the results: what industry companies are doing, what they're paying, and what's next.
This event is open only to FaB members.
ABOUT THE SURVEYThis is a confidential survey sponsored by Lesaffre and conducted for FaB Wisconsin by MRA - The Management Association, a third-party not-for-profit employers' association. This survey sought to understand the recruitment and retention efforts of the food and beverage industry and compensation of high-demand positions of Wisconsin’s food and beverage manufacturers.
