Little Food Co., a natural baby food company based in Kaukauna, will be getting some airtime next month.

It’s one of 24 Wisconsin startups on "Project Pitch It,” a TV show that begins its third season Feb. 9.

"My understanding is that I’m the only one on the show from the Fox Cities/NE Wisconsin region,” said company founder and owner Amanda Santoro. "The company names are under wraps.”

The business contest is run by Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, and the school invited her to participate. It’s a kinder version of a "Shark Tank” type program in which entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to a panel of business pros. They’re not looking for an investment, but rather advice, support and cash awards.

Her pitch will air on one of the program’s first three episodes. "Project Pitch It” is available on YouTube and will also air on the local ABC affiliate, WBAY Channel 2 in Green Bay. Check local schedules for the air dates.

Santoro launched her "mom-made quality baby food” Little Food Co. business at the Downtown Appleton Farmers Market in June 2017, and moved it in November to 154 E. Second St.
