Eagle Park Brewing Co. plans to expand its business with a new location in Muskego.

Jackson Borgardt, Max Borgardt and Jake Schinker founded Eagle Park Brewing in 2015. The new, 20,500-square-foot space is about 1.5 miles from the founders’ childhood homes, Schinker said by email.

"This new location will expand upon every aspect of our business and allow us to grow for years to come,” Schinker said.

The expansion comes about 15 months after the local brewery moved into its current facility at 823 E. Hamilton St. in Milwaukee. Eagle Park Brewing had relocated from 2018 S. First St., now home to Component Brewing Co.

The move to the lower east side enabled Eagle Park Brewing to add a canning line, launch a full food menu, open an outdoor beer garden and offer free parking.

Like Minds Brewing Co. had previously operated in the Hamilton Street space.

At S64 W15680 Commerce Center Parkway in Muskego, Eagle Park Brewing will be able to seat 300 guests and will have a full restaurant. In addition to operating a 20-barrel brewhouse, the company is also including a distillery and a winery.

The distillery will have an initial annual production capacity of 3,000 cases, Schinker said. The winery will mainly focus on producing hard cider.
