About Food Safety
Whether you're a food and beverage entrepreneur or a large food manufacturer, food safety must be an integral part of your business. This includes shared-use kitchens and co-packers. Food safety is not only your responsibility, but it's required.

About 48 million people (1 in 6 Americans) get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die each year from foodborne diseases, according to recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is a significant public health burden that is largely preventable.

With the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations in effect, it's critical that food manufacturers focus on their Food Safety mindset and raise the awareness levels within their business.
