BOARD TIME COMMITMENT & MEETINGS


The Executive Board meets quarterly for 90 minutes at alternating Board member locations. Meeting time is split into a 15-minute check-in on organizational performance and a 75-minute board member round-robin on pressing organizational and industry issues. One meeting per year is held jointly with Forum Co-Chairs and Annual Gold Sponsors. Board members are appointed by FaB with direct input from its current or outgoing Board members. The Executive Board co-chairs will serve a dual role of chairing FaB’s CEO Forum and assisting in FaB's offering of three CEO Briefings that are leveraged to garner wider industry input from FaB’s food and beverage CEOs.
