We’re a committee of industry professionals dedicated to food and beverage quality, safety, and compliance. Our food safety efforts are led by the Food Safety Committee's members with input from the membership base.

 
OUR GOAL
The Food Safety Committee’s goal is to provide information to connect you to the Food and Beverage Safety resources you may need to assure your food safety, quality, and regulatory goals through the following: 
  • Best Practice Sessions
  • Complimentary food safety exploratory calls  
  • Food Safety, Quality and Compliance Alerts
  • Website content

OUR ROLE
  • Identify and provide access to reliable resources
  • Provide resources and services to meet industry and regulatory demands for food safety training, operations and trends
  • Maintain a dynamic resource base
