     ___      SHELLEY JUREWICZ
Executive Director


Shelley Jurewicz is the executive director of FaB Wisconsin, having formed the industry cluster organization, originally for the Milwaukee 7, in 2012. FaB is dedicated to growing and advancing the state’s food and beverage manufacturing industry for economic impact. Jurewicz is responsible for overseeing and growing an organization that can uniquely serve the food industry in the areas of talent development and attraction, food safety, and innovation all in an effort to expand the industry footprint in Wisconsin. Jurewicz joined the MMAC in 1993 and went on to form MMAC’s Young Professionals of Milwaukee (now FUEL Milwaukee) in 2001 and served as its first executive director. Jurewicz serves on the board of the Menomonee Valley Partnership and has served on the Milwaukee Area Technical College Foundation board and the Public Policy Forum economic development committee. She has a bachelor’s degree in food science from UW-River Falls and has seven years of quality management food industry experience.

BRAD ROSTOWFSKE
Director of Industry Growth


Brad Rostowfske is the director of industry growth for FaB Wisconsin. He leads FaB’s efforts to maximize our state’s innovation and business ecosystem, including the FaBcap Business Accelerator Program. Prior to joining FaB in 2015, Rostowfske held various roles in engineering, new product/business development and innovation with Oscar Mayer Foods, Sargento Foods, Palermo’s Pizza, and Raise the Bar Innovation consulting. He earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from UW-Madison and a master’s degree in engineering and business management from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

PAT WERNER

Director of Food Quality, Safety & Compliance

Pat Werner is director of food safety, quality, and compliance for FaB Wisconsin. Her responsibilities include assisting FaB members with Food Safety Modernization Act compliance and leading the Food Safety Forum. She comes to her role with more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently with Chr. Hansen. From 2012-2016, she chaired FaB’s Talent Committee. Werner earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Western Illinois University and her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

EMILY ALLEN
Communications Manager


Emily Allen is the communications manager for FaB Wisconsin. She manages FaB's creative services and website, as well as providing technical and administrative support. Prior to joining FaB, she worked in career education and web production. Allen graduated with honors from Alverno College with a bachelor's degree in professional communication.

VAL RATZ
Membership & Marketing Manager


Val Ratz is the membership and marketing manager for FaB Wisconsin. She manages FaB's marketing, new member onboarding and assists members in getting the most out of their membership. She brings nine years of customer service experience to her role. Ratz graduated from Alverno College with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.
