Position Description
As a Social Media Manager you will oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. You will create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency teams to brainstorm strategies, tactics and campaign elements— including creative, digital, media and PR—to develop social strategies
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction for our clients to ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Meet and build relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
  • Learn the client’s business and gain an understanding of key issues, competitive situation and industry trends
  • Work on multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Create engaging social media content that communicates campaign and brand messages through current and emerging social media trends
  • Assist with social audits
  • Update our social content creation process from pre-work input through post-performance analytics
  • Follow agency processes and best practices
  • Stay current on new marketing trends and industry activities to help bring new ideas to internal team and client


Experience we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Exposure to and/or expertise in the agriculture and/or food industries
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
