Behind the scenes, our Supply Chain Forum Chairs have been hosting ad-hoc meetings to tease through the challenges of OTIF, JIT, the trucker shortage, and other logistical issues their companies are facing. At this event, attendees met our Chairs from Sargento, Johnsonville, and Schreiber as we continue to look into the challenges our industry faces in moving our food. They joined us in a facilitated discussion to garner broader industry input on collaborative solutions that can move our food more efficiently across our industry supply chain.
