TALENT FORUM

With a focus on talent attraction and development, this Forum creates and seizes opportunities to raise career awareness and to increase career pathways to fill and connect the talent needs of industry to sources of talent.

Offering valued, purpose-driven engagement, the role of this Forum is to garner input from and offer opportunities for its members to:

  • Share best practices and discuss common issues facing their business and our ecosystem as it relates to talent attraction and retention
  • Shape FaB’s strategic direction, actions, and member offerings, including the Farm-Factory-Fork Career Discovery

WHY A FOCUS ON TALENT?

What we’ve learned to date is that the public is generally unaware of the lifelong career opportunities the food and beverage industry has to offer and the broad spectrum of opportunities. Talent can choose from, move about, and advance between farm, factory, and fork. We offer careers to feed and quench the world.

We’re grateful to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. for their strategic and generous grant support of FaB’s Talent Outreach Plan.
